It may be difficult to image childhood being anything but a carefree and glorious time in ones life but believe it or not children  still experience stress. We may not be able to protect our children from everything negative in this world but we can teach them the tools to cope with stress and anxiety.

Teaching children how to cope with stress and anxiety will give them the tools to thrive under pressure, solve problems and increases their resiliency against depression, addiction and other mental health problems.

The next time you see your child looking down consider testing out one of the above art forms. Who knows you may even get a sweet scarf out of it!
