It may be difficult to image childhood being anything but a carefree and glorious time in ones life but believe it or not children  still experience stress. We may not be able to protect our children from everything negative in this world but we can teach them the tools to cope with stress and anxiety.

Teaching children how to cope with stress and anxiety will give them the tools to thrive under pressure, solve problems and increases their resiliency against depression, addiction and other mental health problems.
